What will you be doing?


The role of the Brand Manager is to support the development and management of the KPMG brand ensuring brand integrity across our Marketing Communications. Working collaboratively with campaign teams you will advise on embedding the brand story into campaign planning and delivery driving a clear, consistent and distinctive presentation of our brand to the marketplace.


Responsibilities:


  • Working with the Senior Manager, the individual will use their knowledge to support in all aspects of brand building from strategy to measurement
  • Role holder will assist with the integration of the brand strategy across both internal and external brand activation
  • Support key on-going brand refresh workstreams including client experience and governance
  • Research and socialise market and brand insight including competitor analysis, brand trends and innovation
  • Tracking, monitoring and providing insights and optimisations on our brand health and performance
  • Working with key teams across the business to drive continuous improvement in the way we present our brand in the marketplace in-house design team, Strategic Communications and Offshore Operations
  • Review marketing assets against global brand identity guidelines and professional standards and in line with Service level Agreements



What will you need to do it?



  • Demonstrable ability to articulate brand strategy into end-to-end marketing programmes
  • Thorough understanding of the main brand building blocks from strategy, visual identity, activation, governance to performance
  • Ability to provide clear, consistent, and pragmatic brand advice to stakeholders
  • Be collaborative, data-driven and insight led in your approach to managing stakeholder relationships
  • Expert knowledge of brand management frameworks in protecting and growing the KPMG brand, assessing, and mitigating the risk
  • Demonstrable experience of brand building in a digital environment
  • Ability to communicate issues clearly, constructively, and assertively with internal clients.



Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:


  • BA university degree or equivalent
  • Professional marketing qualification (e.g., CIM) preferred
  • Experience of working within a professional services environment.
