The job purpose of
Brand & Product Communication Manager is to ensure excellent and effective communication activity and asset creation to improve conversion and post purchased led activities for all European markets, for our amazing Personal Entertainment products i.e. headphones, portable speakers etc.
This is role where your work will be product-launch project based, and your focus will be between two key areas:
- Shopfront display: This is where you will ensure our exciting product launches are a success. We plan for two/three months ahead of launch, consider how to showcase the shopfront/display/POS, and then execute the design and implementation based on product strategy.
- Post-Purchase Marketing Communication: This is the communications part of your role, where you will develop and execute CRM strategies using 1st and 3rd party data to optimise pre/post-purchase customer journeys.
We would love to hear from you if you have a marketing communications background, with knowledge of display/shopfront marketing for a B2C or consumer products company. It will be vital that you are able to coordinate multiple-stakeholders and partners across all of Europe. As such, you should be exceptionally well organised, able to prioritise, but also able to communicate well when managing expectations on expected delivery dates.
You Will
Shopfront Display and Asset Management:
- Display type, backboard, and product sample supply/installation in partnership with agencies
- Create visual guidelines, manage translation, KPIs, and act as liaison across EU market for shopfront displays.
- Brief teams & agencies on POS material, inlay content creation, confirm compatibility for demo modules.
CRM Data Analysis & Content Planning
- Collect, analyse and improve 1P data usage, and design CRM strategies for pre/posts-purchase audiences.
- Be main contact point for 3rd party CRM conversion activations, analyse and report on 3P/Retailer CRM data.
- Propose KPIs based on global direction and share progress/reports on activities with global marketing team.
You Will Bring
- Experience in a marketing role with shopfront/retail/display management responsibilities
- Project management experience and 3rd party (agency) management experience
- Good understanding of budgeting, analysis, and ROI measurement
- Regular report with some analytics, mainly to measure launch success post execution
- Excellent communication, relationship building and collaborative working skills
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
