WHAT YOU'LL NEED

2 years + experience in a Breakfast Manager position or as Head Waiter for breakfast service, ideally in a Hotel setting
Experience with supervising and shift management, team training and development
Great energy levels even on early starts, to set the pace for the daily running of the business
Strong knowledge of service standards and passion for food and drinks at quality level
Good understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
