Take responsibility for ensuring high quality care is given to all residents, in line with Bupa's values. Act as the primary point of contact with relevant regulatory bodies (CQC and others) to ensure complete regulatory compliance across site(s). Take ownership of the commercial success of the site(s) including profitability, sales and business opportunities. Make maximum use of available resources and expertise to identify opportunities for improving customer service, and implement them. Act as a role model and build the capabilities of teams within the site(s) to drive a performance culture
