Purpose of the job
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Acceleration Manager to lead the execution of key business opportunities on one of our FMCG accounts. This role is pivotal in turning strategic initiatives into tangible outcomes by aligning cross-functional teams, managing transformation roadmaps, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and structure strategic opportunities on the account.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable transformation plans.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, operations, finance, etc.) and client teams to drive alignment and execution.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track impact and value creation.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills + Experience
- Proven experience in transformation, consulting, or strategic project management.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG or tobacco industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with global teams.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
