This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented student to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic business environment. As a Business Administration Placement Student, you’ll work closely with our business, contributing to real projects and developing transferable skills for your future career.
- Support with the preparation of reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint and assist in data analysis and visualisation to inform business decisions.
- Participate in operational planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Contribute to project coordination and documentation efforts.
- Manage purchase orders, including raising, tracking, and resolving queries with suppliers and internal teams.
- Assisting the Customer Service Team with sales orders, invoicing and deliveries and supporting with stock taking activities.
What You Offer
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- On track for a minimum 2:1 classification.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
