I’m partnering with an award-winning advisory firm in Glasgow that’s looking to appoint a Business Advisory Senior Director to help lead their next phase of growth and innovation.

What the role looks like

• Leading and developing the Business Advisory team — balancing client delivery, team leadership, and strategic growth.
• Working closely with clients to help them navigate change, plan for growth, and make confident business decisions.
• Partnering with colleagues across tax, corporate finance, and audit to deliver joined-up, commercial advice.
• Playing an active role in business development — identifying opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and shaping the firm’s future strategy.

What we’re looking for

• A qualified accountant (CA/ACCA or equivalent) with solid experience in business advisory or general practice.
• A confident leader who’s approachable, collaborative, and invested in developing others.
• Someone with strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving growth and client success.
• A hands-on professional who enjoys variety and the opportunity to influence at both team and business level.
