Business Affairs Manager (Contract) – Meta | Creative X Team

Meta is hiring a Senior Business Affairs Manager to join its in-house creative agency, Creative X, supporting global creative and marketing productions across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an experienced Business Affairs professional who enjoys working at the intersection of creative, production, legal, and strategy.

Role Details:

Contract Duration: 4 months (with possible extension)
Location: Remote (EMEA)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP

What You Will Do:

Manage business affairs for creative and marketing productions from development to delivery
Advise on contracts, negotiations, rights, clearances, and compliance
Partner with Legal, Finance, Privacy, Music, and external agencies
Oversee union agreements, production legal matters, and corporate compliance
Support marketing campaigns using AI, ensuring responsible and compliant use

Manage complex workstreams across multiple stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

8+ years of Business Affairs experience (agency or in-house)
Strong background in production, marketing, and advertising environments
Experience working with celebrities, creators, and creative agencies
Experience in media, entertainment, or tech platforms is highly preferred
Confident communicator, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
