About The Role
As a Business Analyst, you’ll work either independently or alongside a Project Manager depending on project scale delivering business-critical initiatives across the company. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to understand end-to-end processes and help deliver effective, systems-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, map, and improve end-to-end business processes
- Gather and prioritise business requirements across departments
- Work closely with IT to define and deliver effective systems solutions
- Communicate clearly through presentations, emails, and stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with business users to ensure solutions meet expectations
About You
You’re an experienced Business Analyst and someone who’s methodical, curious, and an excellent communicator. You enjoy getting into the details of how systems work, translating business needs into actionable insights, and making a real impact across an organisation.
Key Skills
Essential
- Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role
- Strong understanding of business processes across multiple functions
- Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Experience working with ERP systems
Desirable
- Process mapping skills (e.g. Microsoft Visio)
- Understanding of project lifecycles
- Background in food manufacturing or similar industries
