Business Analyst – Capital Markets Technology

A fast-growing fintech firm providing cutting edge trading, risk, and operations solutions to some of the world’s leading investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers is looking for a Business Analyst with strong technical background to join their London-based team.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, international environment where business analysts play a critical role in driving product evolution, whether that’s supporting the rollout of new financial products, enhancing analytics, or responding to rapidly shifting market demands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage client requests and translate them into technical solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and deliver requirements
• Write specs and test features across FX, Fixed Income, Rates, and Credit
• Improve internal tools, standards, and automation
• Support end-to-end test coverage to boost reliability and scale

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years' experience in the financial markets space
• Degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Exposure to object-oriented programming (C# experience a bonus)
• Bonus for experience in Interest Rates, Fixed Income, FX, or Accounting is a plus
