Business Analyst

Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

This is a fixed-term role, contracted at 3 months (initially)

This role requires someone who is based in the North East.

Everyturn Mental Health is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a critical period of service and digital transformation. This role is pivotal in shaping future-state processes for our services and leading the implementation of new systems that support safe, effective and efficient care.

You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders across clinical and non-clinical services to design, challenge and embed new workflows aligned to our strategic objectives, ensuring change delivers real, measurable value for staff and patients.

What you'll do:

• Play a key role in delivering service and digital transformation across clinical and operational teams.
• Develop robust business cases and benefits realisation plans, defining success measures to evidence impact.
• Use data, insight and user feedback to support problem definition, options appraisal and evidence-based recommendations.

What we're looking for:

We'd love to hear from you if you possess the following:

• Significant experience working as a Business Analyst, supporting operational, service and digital change.
• Demonstrable experience as an IT / Digital Business Analyst, including requirements elicitation, systems analysis and solution delivery.
• Strong practical experience of business analysis techniques, including AS IS / TO BE mapping, GAP analysis and business modelling.
