We're working with a leading name in fashion retail who are seeking a Business Product Analyst to support the implementation of key product management and planning tools.

If you’ve got deep retail knowledge, speak the language of merchandisers, and thrive in delivering high-impact projects — this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business and tech teams for new product and planning tool implementations.
• Gather, analyse, and translate complex business requirements from stakeholders into actionable plans.
• Work closely with merchandising teams, using the right terminology to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Lead and support RFP processes, keeping business and technical requirements clearly defined and up to date.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of projects with measurable impact on retail performance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail domain expertise – ideally in fashion retail.
• Hands-on experience with product management and merchandise planning tool implementations.
• Proven track record in a Product Business Analyst role.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, particularly with merchandising and buying teams.
• Experience running RFPs and managing documentation through the full project lifecycle.
