🔍 About the Role:

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Aerospace Technical Publications to join us as a Business Analyst. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to analyze, improve, and modernize Tech-Pub processes, including exploring AI/GenAI solutions for documentation workflows.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business workshops to define scope and improvements
• Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
• Identify and design AI/GenAI use cases for Tech-Pub automation
• Create business use cases and define functional requirements
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, and support product backlog
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and delivery teams

✅ Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Aerospace Technical Publications (as practitioner or consultant)
• Familiarity with industry standards like S1000D, ATA iSpec 2200
• Hands-on understanding of Tech-Pub business processes (content authoring, revisions, compliance)
• Prior experience as a Business Analyst is a strong plus
• Exposure to AI/GenAI tools or use cases in documentation is a bonus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

📌 Preferred Background:

• Worked with aerospace OEMs (e.g., Airbus, Boeing, Collins, Safran, etc.) or their vendors
• Experience in tools like Arbortext, FrameMaker, or similar Tech-Pub authoring platfor
