Job Title: Business Analyst (Insurance Brokerage – Acturis)

Location: Hybrid – London & Remote

Contract: Outside IR35 (initial 6 months, with extension likely)

About the Role

A leading insurance brokerage is undergoing a major transformation programme and requires an experienced Business Analyst with strong Acturis knowledge. This role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery, ensuring Acturis is fully optimised to support operational efficiency and client service.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the brokerage to capture requirements, analyse processes, and shape solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business and functional requirements related to Acturis.
• Map current-state processes and design future-state workflows to improve efficiency.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for Acturis enhancements and integrations.
• Support user acceptance testing, training, and change adoption.
• Work closely with Project Managers, developers, and Acturis specialists to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Acturis capabilities and best practices.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the insurance sector (brokerage experience highly desirable).
• Strong Acturis expertise – configuration, workflows, reporting, or integration.
• Excellent requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of UK insurance regulation and compliance considerations.
• Previous experience in transformation or system implementation projects within insurance.
