The Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to work alongside our Product Owner and support our Product/Platform team. The role involves coordinating special projects, assisting with product development tasks, managing the demo process, and contributing to our emerging AI initiatives.

This position requires an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working with multiple teams, and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and the continuous improvement of our product development processes.

📌 Responsibilities:

• Ad-hoc project coordination: Coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders for fast-moving projects, track and communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
• Product support: Assist in capturing and refining new feature requirements and prepare acceptance criteria alongside Product Owner
• Demo process management: Schedule and run demos alongside Product Owner, collect and synthesise client feedback, and continuously improve demo materials
• Automation & AI initiatives: Document business processes targeted for automation and support data gathering and testing for AI-driven features
• Cross-team liaison: Serve as a point of contact between Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Sales to ensure alignment on priorities

🌟 About You:

• University degree in Business or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in tech, consulting, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Familiar with product development or project coordination
• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Interested in (and ideally experienced with) AI and process automation
• Knowledge of German would be considered an advantage
