🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
- Work closely with stakeholders including customers, sales, developers, UX designers, and QA teams
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and deliverables
- Facilitate effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders
- Support planning and task scheduling across product releases
- Gather and analyse feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Ensure high-quality delivery through detailed documentation, test case definition, and continuous process improvement
🧠 What You Bring:
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
- Familiarity with Agile development and collaboration with technical teams
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills with confidence working across business and tech teams
- Experience with backlog management, planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar development tools
Desirable:
- Experience with project management or construction tech software
- Understanding of Gantt charts, critical path analysis, and resource planning
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platform
