How You'll Make a Difference
We are currently looking to recruit a Business Analyst on a six month fixed term contract basis who will be taking on a variety of work within our Assisted Channels delivery streams.
The work is highly varied and will involve shaping on projects such as how we can apply new tech at the Society, a central Product Database and broker web chat as some examples of what you could get involved with.
Working with a cross functional team including Product Owner, Delivery Manager, Developers and Testers, you will perform business analysis to ensure the requirement and impact of change is fully understood and broken into increments for delivery. You will define and plan the analysis approach, assist in defining requirements scope, definition of elicitation approach with BDD, consider the acceptance criteria, model selection and requirements definition output.
What you'll bring to the role:
- You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background of the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle (e.g from requirements gathering, acceptance criteria to business readiness and delivery).
- Great people skills, independently driven and an agile mindset are essential to excel in the role. A practical understanding of agile methodology and frameworks is advantageous but an agile mindset is more important.
- Experience of BDD ways of working.
- Experience of working in financial services desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven credibility.
