Business Analyst (Contract)

Location: London - 2 days per month in the office

Duration: 3-6 months

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in linking business objectives with IT and operational delivery. You will work closely with project leads, procurement, technology teams and external suppliers to support the successful end-to-end delivery of a complex programme. This role requires someone comfortable operating at a senior level, managing challenging stakeholders and taking ownership of analysis across suppliers, partners and technology design.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a senior BA, working closely with project leads across IT and operational spaces
• Lead and support the RFP process, pulling together all aspects including supplier services and capabilities, costing models and offshoring and engineering considerations.
• Analyse and map end-to-end programme delivery, from procurement through to implementation
• Work with partner suppliers to optimise integrations and define more efficient ways of working

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within retail or large-scale operational environments
• Strong experience working from a procurement and RFP perspective
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple suppliers and complex partner ecosystems
• Strong understanding of IT operational environments and end-to-end delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence at senior levels
