Business Analyst - Contract (Outside IR35)
📍 London (hybrid - up to once a fortnight on-site)
💷 Up to £550/day
⏳ Start: Mid-late February

We're looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme for a Tier 1 financial services client.

This is a role for a doer - someone who can come in, get up to speed quickly, and crack on. You'll be the only BA in a lean team, working across a large rebrand and relocation programme, supporting system changes, business processes, and people change.

What you'll be doing:

Translating business requirements into clear, usable artefacts
Working with senior and junior stakeholders across the business
Supporting change across systems, roles, training, and communications
Managing and facilitating change with internal teams and third parties
Owning BA deliverables within an MVP environment
Balancing competing priorities in a fast-moving programme

What we're looking for:

Strong Business Analyst experience, ideally within Financial Services

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Someone proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously

Experience supporting business and operational change

Ability to manage conflicting priorities without losing momentum

Outside IR35
London-based, with occasional office attendance (travel costs not covered)
One-stage interview process
Strong likelihood of extension if performing well
