Business Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to support enterprise systems across Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, HR, and Finance. This role combines strategic insight with hands-on execution, driving improvements across business processes and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT Application Managers to deliver business requirements and enhancements
• Engage with users to identify and implement system/process improvements
• Conduct interviews and gather detailed business and technical requirements
• Analyze data to support decision-making and identify trends
• Lead projects including process mapping, test planning, and execution
• Ensure compliance with IT documentation and training standards
• Develop reports for ERP, CRM, and BI systems
• Assist in data modeling and database design
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 application support and user training
• Promote effective use of enterprise technology across departments
• Uphold company values and ethical standards

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles
• At least 3 years’ experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), ideally custom-built
• Experience with D365 Finance & Operations and CRM strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
