What will I be doing?
- We are looking for a Business Analyst with proven industry experience ideally in a manufacturing environment.

- You will need to be a great listener and communicator with a creative, structured and logical approach to problem solving.

- The Business Analyst will drive the development and continuous improvement of a suite of business KPIs that will enable the site to accurately evaluate business processes and performance to enable data-driven decisions.

- A key aspect of this role is designing and maintaining robust KPI Tree structures to ensure a clear line of sight between operational activities and strategic business outcomes.

What do you need from me?
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a manufacturing environment

* Demonstrated expertise in designing and optimising KPI Trees and performance measurement frameworks.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

* Proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, SAP, API, RPA) and business intelligence platforms (Power BI).

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and facilitate workshops focused on performance alignment.

* Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
