What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Partnering with stakeholders to define objectives, challenges, and outcomes
🔹 Translating business problems into clear, prioritised requirements
🔹 Analysing processes to spot gaps and improvement opportunities
🔹 Supporting design, testing, and transition into live service
🔹 Building strong business cases to evaluate impact and benefits
🔹 Keeping initiatives aligned with business strategy
What we’re looking for:
✅ 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst
✅ Proven track record delivering business change projects
✅ Skilled in elicitation, analysis, and documentation techniques
✅ End-to-end project lifecycle experience
✅ Familiarity with Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile approaches
✅ Experience with Confluence, JIRA, and clear documentation
