As the AEM Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, driving the successful delivery of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects, and fostering agile practices within our development teams. You will collaborate with talented professionals and contribute to innovative, content-driven web experiences.

Your Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AEM implementations and enhancements.

Translate business objectives into actionable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AEM development teams.

Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to capture requirements for content-driven web experiences.

Perform gap analysis between current processes and desired AEM functionalities, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure business requirements are reflected in design and AEM component functionality.

Lead the planning, execution, and successful closure of AEM projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach the team on Agile principles, promoting continuous improvement and accountability.

Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.

Mandatory Skills

Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ecosystem and content-driven websites
Front-end development, UX design (Figma or equivalent), and CMS capabilities
Responsive design principles and SEO best practices
Requirements gathering, documentation, and creation of user stories and process flows

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Workfront)

Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable Skills

Marketing technology applications and their integration with AEM
Web development lifecycle and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Working with global teams and client-facing roles

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or CBAP are highly desirable
