Your Responsibilities

Acting as the liaison between technology teams and business users
Planning and conducting analysis of business needs for custom applications
Supporting client specifications and interface testing

Mandatory Skills

You will have a solid understanding of:

Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Application interface design and testing
Client support and training delivery

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

Sanctions and KYC processes
Regulatory compliance in financial services
Agile methodologies
CRM or ERP systems
Data mapping and integration
