Business Analysis
Our Business Analysis department plays a crucial role in driving our company’s growth, and we are committed to providing our team the latest tools and techniques to help them excel and take us to new heights. With our continuous growth, we are seeking talented and ambitious individuals to join our dynamic BA Chapter and contribute their unique ideas and perspectives.
The Role
A key leadership role within the technology team responsible for developing our Business Analysis chapter into a destination for BA talent. As this is a maternity cover role, the successful candidate will be expected to quickly build trust and rapport with a large team of Business Analysts, ensuring continuity and stability during the fixed-term period.
Your primary focus will be line management, performance management, talent development, career framework and chapter development, driving initiatives to empower our BAs and elevate our Analysis capabilities to industry-leading standards. You will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our external reputation for technology excellence through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
You will work as both part of a self-organizing team of senior managers within the BA chapter, and as an internal consultant, offering coaching, mentoring and training to team members.
Ultimately, your leadership as the Business Analysis Manager will be instrumental in shaping the future of Analysis at Dunelm, defining and leading the strategy and approach for Analysis across Dunelm Technology.
