- Delivering at Pace
- Working Together
This is an example of a strengths-based question:
"It is often said that the customer's needs should come first. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?"
There is no expectation or requirement for you to prepare for the strengths-based questions in advance of the interview, though you may find it helpful to spend some time reflecting on what you enjoy doing and what you do well.
There will also be a Presentation. As part of the Unity Programme's work to define benefits that could be realised as a result of implementation, you have been asked to prepare a baseline of current resource allocated to elements of the NOVA taxonomy for HR, Finance and Procurement.
Prepare a 10-minute Presentation Outlining
- How you would approach this task - including how you would engage with managers and other stakeholders.
- How you would identify potential problems and address them.
- How you would ensure accuracy and quality of the data submitted.
- How you would go about analysing the data.
You may use a real or hypothetical example, and you're encouraged to reflect on how your approach supports transformation outcomes such as efficiency, consistency, and better user experience.
Interviews will take place via video link. Sift and interview dates to be confirmed.
