Business Analyst / Project Management

As our Business Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for turning data into decisions and ideas into action. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to drive smarter thinking, support high-impact projects, and help shape the future of our business.

Grounded – supporting decisions with integrity and evidence.

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape and implement strategic initiatives
• Conduct internal and external analysis to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements
• Develop business cases, reports, and presentations to support executive and board-level decision-making

United – enabling cross-functional collaboration and shared success.

• Support planning and execution of strategic and operational projects across departments
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, deliverables, and risk registers
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery with business objectives
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Dynamic – using data to drive smarter thinking and continuous improvement.

• Collect and analyse operational and financial data to inform strategy and execution
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track performance and identify trends
• Present insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support pricing models, cost-benefit analysis, and contract performance tracking

Human – putting people first by making insights accessible and actionable.

• Work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to understand business needs
• Translate complex data into practical recommendations that support people and performance
• Communicate findings with clarity, empathy, and relevance to each audience

We’re looking for someone with:

• 3–5 years’ experience in a strategic or analytical role
• Strong project planning and coordination skills
• High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement

Bonus points if you have experience in:

• Security, facilities management, or service-based industries
• Regulated environments or compliance-driven services
• Commercial strategy or transformation projects
