Your Role And Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in the public sector or government agency to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of business operations, data analysis, and process improvement within the public sector. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex business operations, processes, and systems within the public sector context.
• Develop, maintain, and refine business requirements, process flows, and documentation.
• Design and implement data collection methods, conduct statistical analysis, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the evaluation of new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for organizational improvements, cost reductions, and revenue enhancements.

Qualifications

Required technical and professional expertise

• 3-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a public sector or government agency environment.
