🚀 We’re Hiring: Business & Operations Manager 🚀

GLF Schools is looking for a skilled and proactive Business & Operations Manager to help drive excellence across our 43 academies. If you’re experienced in school business functions and ready to make a Trust-wide impact, this is the role for you.

In this role, you will:

Provide expert operational support to school leaders and office teams
Lead and manage key business processes, including lettings, wrap-around care and procurement
Coordinate and deliver projects that improve efficiency and outcomes
Collaborate across multiple business and specialist functions
Support schools from any of our Trust offices, with hybrid working available

You are:

✔ Experienced in school operations and business management

✔ Confident with IT systems (MIS, SharePoint, MS Office)

✔ Skilled in project planning, delivery and stakeholder engagement

✔ A strong communicator and relationship-builder

✔ Adaptable, organised and able to upskill others across office functions

📌 Role details:

Hours: Full time (52 weeks) or Term Time + 3 weeks
Salary: £34,429 FTE (pro-rata depending on hours)
Contract: Permanent
