Business Change Lead

As the Business Change Lead, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the communications and change strategy for commercially driven projects and initiatives.

Role: Business Change Lead

Salary: £50,000 depending on experience

Contract Type: Full-Time and Fixed Term until 19th December 2025

Location: Whitbread Court, Dunstable

What you’ll be doing:

As the Business Change Lead, you will work within the Commercial Technology tower to support the development and delivery of the change management approach across the business. You will help to plan, build and mobilise a change approach that will support our site team members and support centre colleagues to successfully adopt & use new technologies.

You will be responsible for the creation of engaging and effective communications, training, readiness and procedural support material. You will support on a number of technology change initiatives that will impact our operational teams.

What you’ll need:

• Experience of leading technology enabled Change Management, with experience in completing change impact assessments, user stories, communications & training plans
• Working knowledge of change management methodologies including Prosci and application of ADKAR. Understanding of how people go through change and change process
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to manage stakeholders plans, build relationships and influence key business and technology stakeholders
• Tech savvy and experience of working with Tech stakeholders
