Project Background
Bank is undergoing a number of strategic and high-profile digital transformation programmes and for these programmes to be successful, robust change management is essential.
From collaboration ecosystems, to virtual desktops, hybrid working and beyond, bank is building the capability in delivering exceptional end-user experience and driving change within our business.
Deploying leading technology to end-users at pace, with their buy-in upfront and throughout, means there are a number of key areas to focus on such as: User experience research, business engagement, branding, marketing, capability building, communications and digital adoption.
Aligned to this, we engage and drive understanding of these digital initiatives, how they improve the ways of working, alleviate pain points, manage resistance, and ensure bank is set up for success in the post-pandemic digital workplace.
This bottom-up and top-down approach ensures our Change & Implementation team can succeed in the digital era.
Role Purpose | Business change & adoption Lead
The Business change & adoption Lead will drive understanding and buy-in for the strategic changes being deployed at a global level and help the deployment plans to be executed smoothly.
Driving behavioural change, new ways of working and adoption of new technology are key outcomes as part of the strategic digital workplace transformation within bank.
You will work with the business to ensure the right priorities are met, and align with the wider programme, ensure that resistance and concerns are managed in a mutually beneficial way, considering key dependencies in other workstreams.
The Business change and adoption lead will ensure consistency of deployments across a complex, global environment, and work closely with the regional leadership and stakeholders to make change happen.
