Business Change Manager

Harvey Nash is now inviting candidates to apply for the role of Business Change Manager.

• Inside of IR35
• Hybrid working – 2 days a week in an office in Scotland (Glasgow).
• Daily rate of £450 - £500
• Technology Change – End to end; planning, adoption and feedback.

Help guide and support our clients’ employees on their change journey, ensuring to maximise the adoption and usage of our clients digital and Cyber Resilience solutions. You’ll help focus on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt the new processes, systems and technology.

Requirements of the role:

• Management of a small team of analysts – whilst remaining hands on.
• Creation of training material, getting creative with how to land the change well, use of videos and or infographics.
• Experienced with Business change and understanding the people element on Technology Change projects or programmes.
• Work closely with a diverse user base.
• Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills.
• High desire to understand the change and the users.
• Able to think outside of the box.
• Open to feedback, lessons learnt.
