Sheffield City Council is on a bold journey to become a truly digital council—transforming how we work, how we serve our communities, and how we empower our people. As part of our ambitious Digital Transformation Programme, we’re investing in a new Digital Learning and Adoption Team to drive digital skills, confidence, and capability across our workforce.

Business Change Manager (Grade 9) 17 hours per week 0.46fte

A senior change specialist who will lead complex projects and programmes, applying business change methodologies to deliver sustainable outcomes. You’ll work across portfolios to design and deliver change that sticks.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in leading change initiatives in large organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of digital tools and how they support service transformation.

If you are appointed to this role, your starting salary will be at the bottom of the grade. If you provide payslip evidence that your basic pay is greater than the bottom of the grade, we will consider starting you at the point of minimum advantage within the grade.
