Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Manager - £70,000-£80,000

My client are an Asset Management firm based in London and are looking for a Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Manager for their team.

The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organisations Business Continuity Management programme, along with ensuring the resilience plan is maintained and enhanced along with regulatory guidelines.

• You will work with both senior stakeholders as well as creating a network of business continuity co-ordinators across the firm to develop a suite of plans that the firm will be able to use during a business continuity incident.
• You will have previous experience of working with both business and Technology stakeholders
• Incident Management and disaster recovery will also form a key part of this role, so it is really looking for someone with knowledge of all key resilience / BCM topics to play an integral role in driving the business forward when it comes to 'what good looks good'
• You will also ensure that the plans are kept up to date and plan and execute regular exercises to ensure that they are thoroughly tested and that any identified areas for improvement are acted upon to promote and monitor continuous improvement.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• You will have an excellent understanding of the Business Continuity Institute of Good Practice Guidelines and ideally be CBCI qualified,
• Have a strong experience managing business continuity within an organisation and have knowledge of technology and business concepts, life cycles and processes.
• A good working knowledge of Operational Resilience guidelines
• Incident Management / Disaster Recovery experience

You will have the ability to lead by example to ensure a business continuity learning culture is promoted throughout the organisation, have excellent communications skills and be able to work with a great degree of autonomy.
