Business Development & Account Management Role (12 months FTC)

PLEASE NOTE - This role is a 12 month FTC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and ensure market intelligence is current.
• Full ownership of strategic relationships with major airport partners.
• Identify, research, and build business cases for new and existing markets/channels.
• Lead tender processes, from document collation to presentation, in collaboration with internal teams.
• Present business cases and board papers to secure investment and lease approvals.
• Negotiate favorable lease and contract terms; manage renewals and legal documentation.
• Monitor competitor and market activity, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Construction, Marketing, Legal) to ensure timely and successful store openings.
• Responsible for capital expenditure tracking and project performance.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.
• Proven track record in securing new business and exceeding targets.
• Skilled in relationship management, especially with partners and landlords.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Self-starter, results-driven, adaptable, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.
