We’re looking for a
Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development, Joint Ventures team based in London.
As a
Business Development Administrator, you’ll support the wider functions of the Joint Ventures team, including maintaining internal systems and procedures which ensure efficiency and accuracy across a range of day-to-day operations and large-scale projects. An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.

What You’ll Do
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development team as required.
- Coordinate meetings between business development managers and healthcare clients (e.g., GP practices, clinics).
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare agendas for internal and external meetings.
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of client proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Manage office duties and administrative related operations, including interdepartmental communication
- Assisting with projects, such as process improvement
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for the team and leaders on business development progress.
- Support with market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy when required
- Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to arrange Board and Shareholder meetings on a quarterly basis. Must ensure meetings are quorate, i.e. having the necessary number of people present for decisions to be allowed to be made.
- Responsible for sending meeting invites for quarterly meetings and syndications
- Managing the inbox which is the initial point of contact for 500+ consultants, the checking emails throughout the day and ensuring queries are answered in a timely manner. Responsible for answering general queries, and passing on more specific queries to the relevant team member
- Responsible for creating vendor accounts for all new shareholders in a timely manner.
- Responsible for sending distribution statements and dividend vouchers out via mail merge.
- Responsible for sending documents for signature via DocuSign
- Ensuring signature deadlines are not exceeded and signatories are kept to deadlines.
What You’ll Bring
- Demonstrative career experience in administration within a large corporate organisation (preferably healthcare)
- Diary Management and team coordination experience
- Exceptional IT Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Be able to work collaboratively and at pace.
- Able to prioritise and manage challenging and often conflicting deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills
- A Customer and solutions focused approach to problem solving.
- Experience of financial administration, processing invoices setting up vendor accounts and maintaining spreadsheets and sending out statements.
