The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development Analyst to join a high-energy, commercially focused team based in London. This role offers exposure to a global client network and the opportunity to support the expansion of sophisticated liquidity and trading solutions within the digital asset space.

You will play a key role in originating and supporting client relationships, contributing to sales initiatives, and collaborating on marketing and growth projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants meaningful responsibility, steep learning curves, and direct exposure to decision-makers in a fast-moving industry.

What You’ll Be Doing

Act as a connector across sales, marketing, and leadership teams to deliver business growth initiatives.
Handle inbound interest from prospective clients and support outbound sales efforts independently and collaboratively.
Produce high-quality client-facing materials such as proposals, presentations, and onboarding documentation.
Develop a strong understanding of the firm’s products and solutions while building long-term client relationships.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform commercial strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
Drive prospecting activity across both existing offerings and new business lines.
Track industry developments, market structure changes, and emerging technologies, sharing relevant insights internally and externally.
Support creative marketing and brand initiatives designed to increase market visibility and engagement.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in financial services, digital assets, fintech, or another fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
A completed undergraduate degree.

Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to produce polished presentations and client materials.

Highly organized and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic setting.

Self-driven and commercially minded, combining analytical thinking with an entrepreneurial mindset.

A genuine interest in crypto markets and a habit of staying up to date with industry trends and innovation.
