Business Development Analyst (London)

Our client is looking for a Business Development Analyst to join their London team and support growth across institutional crypto markets.

In this role, you’ll work closely across sales, marketing, and leadership, engage with a global client network, and help drive commercial initiatives across liquidity services and crypto solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys fast-paced, client-facing work and wants exposure to a leading platform in the digital assets ecosystem.

✅ What you’ll do

Support strategic business development projects across sales, marketing, and management
Manage inbound client inquiries and coordinate sales execution independently and with the wider team
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and onboarding documentation for client coverage and support
Build strong knowledge of the firm’s products and develop relationships with key clients
Conduct market research to shape sales strategy and identify new commercial opportunities
Lead prospecting efforts to expand the client base across existing and new business lines

Track crypto market and technology trends and share insights internally and externally

Contribute to marketing initiatives that improve brand visibility and market impact

👤 What we’re looking for

1–3 years of experience in financial services, crypto, or a similarly fast-moving client-facing environment
Undergraduate degree (required)
Strong communication skills, especially in building client-facing materials and pitch decks
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Self-starter mindset with strong analytical ability
Genuine interest in crypto and staying current with industry trends
