Business Development Consultant to join our team in UK.

We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs and startups.
Functions:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, closing, and nurturing accounts.
- Generate new business opportunities with mid-market companies (revenue £10M–£200M).
- Develop consultative relationships with IT, and Operational leaders.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to shape and price proposals.
- Manage pipeline and report performance.
- Represent MBC UK in industry events, digital forums, and with existing clients.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in a digital agency or IT consultancy.
- Proven success selling software solutions or managed services to UK clients.
- Strong network in industries like retail, finance, logistics, education, or health.
- Ability to translate client needs into high-value, margin-rich proposals.
- Familiarity with nearshore/outsourced delivery models.
- Self-starter, confident communicator, and results-driven.
