We have a new role available for a Business Development Coordinator to support our distribution and underwriting teams in achieving our ambitious growth targets in the Midlands & South. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a client or broker facing role within the insurance industry. We are seeking candidates who demonstrate passion for business development and an enthusiasm for learning. You will be required to support Business Development Managers (BDMs) in enhancing broker relationships to increase middle-market sales conversion, identify and execute cross-sell opportunities across multiple lines, and drive proactive engagement on key accounts
This role will be part of our Sales and Distribution team based in Birmingham, reporting to the Midlands & South Sales and Distribution manager.
Key Responsibilities:
