Our Business Development team plays a critical role in bringing these campaigns to life —
generating event registrations, engaging senior decision-makers, and booking qualified sales
meetings that help our clients grow.
The Role
As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you’ll be the engine behind our client’s event
campaigns. You’ll work across a range of event campaigns, helping to generate event
registrations through a mix of outreach channels — including phone, LinkedIn, and email.

What you’ll be doing
● Driving registrations for client events (webinars, roundtables, in-person experiences)
through outbound outreach
● Building targeting lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator based on client ICPs (ideal
customer profiles)
● Engaging with senior decision-makers across enterprise businesses
● Driving event registrations and ensuring high-quality event attendance
● Attend selected events to support client teams and deepen your understanding of the
audience
● Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with campaign messaging and
strategy
● Provide regular updates and reporting to clients on outreach progress and lead quality
● Learning and applying best practices in phone outreach, lead generation and sales
development
● Keep CRM systems meticulously updated with prospect interactions and outcomes
What we’re looking for
● 6–24 months’ experience in a professional environment (sales, marketing, customer
service or similar)
● A strong communicator who’s confident speaking to people at all levels
● Enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn
● Resilient and target-driven – you enjoy a challenge and want to succeed
● Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
● A genuine interest in marketing, sales, and the tech industry
● Previous experience in a sales role is a bonus, but not essential
