What you’ll do
- Be proactive in identifying and developing sources of potential clients to expand our market reach.
- Take the lead in managing the sales process from generation stage all the way through to close.
- Contact potential clients to promote Howden and obtain their insurance information to support in negotiations with insurers.
- Develop strong relationships with all insurers and build a strong reputation within the industry.
- Work closely with the account management team to effectively transition accounts post binding.
- Participate in training and development focused on the core skills required for the role.
