Here at SCP we’re looking for ambitious individuals that are joining the Birmingham expansion and learn to build and grow offline sales and marketing campaigns. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for high-acheivers that want structured training, tailored coaching and leadership responsibility. Prior experience isn’t necessary but preferred.
This role exposes you to clients that hold the highest market share in their respectvie industries with learning how to communicate confidently with their targeted audience to drive conversion.
You won’t be stuck in a stagnant position, you’ll take control of your career and build on client-facing skills, develop a business skillset by managing teams. As you develop these skills, you’ll step into junior partnership, where you understand how to run and scale businesses. Your progress is performance incentivised, your results determine your progress
