Role Description

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive or Manager who is passionate about building new client relationships and bringing in new logos, specifically targeting the SME market. You will play a key role in expanding our client base for our IT managed services, cybersecurity offerings and web/app development services.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage with potential SME clients to understand their technology and security needs
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships focused on delivering value from day one
Present and promote Goaco’s managed IT, cybersecurity and enterprise-grade development services

Cold calling, proposal sending, negotiating on small deals (up to £10k), monitoring social media for opportunities

Work closely with our onsite technical team to align client requirements with tailored solutions

Actively contribute to developing and executing our business development strategy

Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

About You

Proven experience in business development or sales in IT managed services, cybersecurity or enterprise-grade development (web or mobile)
Strong understanding of the SME market and what drives decision-making
Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Results-driven mindset with a passion for creating long-term value for clients

Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
