We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join a world-leading provider of sensors and printed electronic solutions supporting a wide range of applications, including Human-Machine Interface and IoT devices.

This role aims to drive business growth within their subsidiary, which is a well-established European supplier in designing and manufacturing HMI electronic products.

Overview:

• Experience in consultative technical sales for sensor or electronic components and solutions in Consumer, Industrial, Medical or Automotive electronics.
• Understanding of printed electronics, sensor solutions, HMI, or related technologies.
• Proven track record of growing sales revenue.
• Knowledge of mechanical design and assembly processes related to sensor manufacturing and integration.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present and communicate effectively and confidently to customers from the C-Suite to product management and technical teams.
• Proven ability to accurately estimate the resources and schedule required to deliver products and projects which exceed customer expectations.

Your profile:

• A technical or engineering degree is required.
• Strong experience in B2B experience in HMI and/or sensor products and solution sales.
• Track record of significant business development growth.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Experience with CRM and digital sales tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interaction skills.
• Self-motivated, high energy and able to work independently as well as part of a global team.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, trade events, etc.
• Hybrid working model
