A leading full-service accountancy firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their collaborative and high-performing Marketing and Business Development team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This role is based at their Kent office. While the position is full-time, applications from candidates seeking part-time (4 days/week) will also be considered. The firm offers hybrid working arrangements.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement targeted BD strategies aligned with firm-wide goals
- Coach and support Partners and fee earners in building client and intermediary relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and cross-selling initiatives
- Lead on local marketing plans, events, and campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
- Collaborate with internal teams (Digital, Data, HR, IT) and external partners to deliver impactful BD initiatives
- Manage the proposals and bids process, supporting teams in pitching for new business
