A leading international law firm is seeking a Marketing and Business Development Manager to join its London office, focusing on the dynamic and fast-evolving Energy & Natural Resources sector. This is a varied and topical role, offering the chance to shape strategic initiatives across areas such as renewables, oil & gas, nuclear, and energy transition.
The Role
You’ll lead marketing campaigns, support business development efforts, and drive profile-raising initiatives across the sector. Acting as the M&BD lead for the firm’s Future of Energy Group, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and global teams to deliver impactful campaigns, pitches, and client engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sector marketing strategies and growth initiatives.
- Lead integrated campaigns and thought leadership across energy sub-sectors.
- Manage strategic pitch responses and create targeted marketing materials.
- Support client relationship management and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate flagship events and sector-focused seminars.
- Monitor industry trends and identify promotional opportunities.
About You
You’ll bring experience in marketing and business development within legal or professional services, ideally with exposure to the energy sector. Strong project management, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills are essential, along with a strategic mindset and collaborative approach.
