Business Development Manager

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving growth?

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to help position high-end implant sites as regional centres of excellence in implant dentistry.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you will be working closely with practice teams, clinicians and referrers to grow the network, boost referral numbers and deliver outstanding patient experiences.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and nurture relationships with external dental practices to generate implant referrals.
• Increase internal referrals across our network by engaging clinicians and practice managers.
• Support practice teams in optimising patient journeys and improving referral conversion.
• Build partnerships with dental implant suppliers and manufacturers.
• Track referral performance, analyse trends and contribute to strategic growth plans.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven business development, sales, or relationship management experience, ideally in dental.
• Knowledge of dental implants or referral-based services (desirable).
• Strong strategic thinker.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
• Organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
