We’re working on behalf of a global healthcare innovator with a market leading portfolio across dental, digital and aesthetic solutions. Following sustained growth and an internal promotion they’re looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to help expand their footprint across the North.


This is a high impact, new business role ideal for someone from the medical, aesthetics, or healthcare sales world who thrives on winning new accounts, building commercial partnerships and supporting clients through early adoption and growth.


The Role

This is not your average sales job. You’ll be a trusted advisor and growth partner, responsible for identifying high potential prospects, converting new business and onboarding new clients to ensure long term success.


  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to onboarding
  • Identify and engage with ‘switcher’ clients who could benefit from the portfolio
  • Deliver tailored solutions that showcase clinical, commercial and operational benefits
  • Support new customers with product training, device installs (where needed) and strategic growth plans
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers and Customer Success to ensure seamless handover and long-term retention
  • Coach and mentor field sales colleagues in commercial best practice and CRM use
  • Attend events, trade shows and in practice demos to support brand awareness and lead generation


Your Background

This is a fast paced, autonomous role perfect for a commercially sharp individual who knows how to open doors, build trust and convert opportunities.


  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness or pharma sales
  • Proven track record in B2B new business development
  • Confident presenting to business owners and clinical stakeholders
  • Excellent organisational, planning and CRM skills
  • Valid UK driver’s licence and flexibility to travel


Experience in the dental or aesthetic space is helpful but not essential; attitude, hunger and commercial creativity matter most.
