Role Description

The Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships. This full-time, on-site/hybrid position is based in Coleshill and involves identifying potential clients, fostering partnerships, and developing strategic relationships to meet sales targets. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, managing customer accounts, presenting tailored logistics solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong business development skills, including lead generation, sales strategies, and client acquisition
• Knowledge of freight forwarding services across ocean, rail, and road networks
• Proficient in strategic planning, market research, and decision-making to drive business growth
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management is advantageous
